So I griped a few months ago about the unsolicited messages from ITToolBox. So I got another solicitation from a 3rd party renting lists from ITToolBox. Now of course, I don’t have issues with these mails if I request them. But as you can see here, in my previous post, I requested to never get messages from them. The other day I received a message on new upgrades to the site. Did this prompt them to send me more unwanted row. So what’s the deal, is their system broken. Do I have the right to be angry. Does this happen to my customers, are their unsubscribes not processed? If so we have a lot to fear in our opt-out lists in our email programs.
